Q1: What is your Price rule? Price related with what process?
Answer::Boxcreationfactory pricing the products according to the customers' requirement from materials, printing, box shapes and structure, accessories, and other process flow and so on. And you can inquiry by online such as Skype or TM Or e-mail etc
Q2: What information should I offer before getting a quotation?
Answer:
-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-material: cover +Cardboard+Accessories/Magnets,ribbon, bow, EVA, Sponges, etc.
- surface finishing such as Stamping, Embossing, Glossy Varnishing,
Glossy & Matt Lamination, UV varnish
-printing colors (could quote 4C if you're not sure)
-quantity, how many qty you want to print for your unique products

Q3- Shipping Way?

-By air or by Sea
-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q4: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD,JPG, etc
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution: Should Above 300 DPI.
Q5: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A: Lead time for Sample: usually need 3-5 working days. Mass production lead time usually need 8-15Working days

Q6:If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
B:some times shipping way also effect products to damage, so we strongly suggest we package the packages boxes with stronger protection.
Q7:Could you provide samples for test?
A:Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges. For some White or Craft Sample, This is free.
B: For Customized Products, Maybe need sample fee, but the sample fee will refund from order value.
