(1) Choice of nails

The number of nails used in saddle-stitched calendars is generally two, and the four-pointed riding edge (that is, the distance between the two nails is half of the riding edge), the oversized calendar needs to confirm the number of nails with the customer. And location, if the customer does not specifically require the nail model (such as 25#, 27#, etc.), color (such as black, copper, etc.), material (such as copper wire, wire, etc.), then use the regular nails .

(2) Choice of corns

The corns are available in a variety of colors with a pore size of 3 to 10 mm. If required by the customer, the color and aperture should be selected according to customer requirements. If not specified, the selected color should be coordinated with the overall color of the product. The aperture is based on the size of the product. Ok. Special attention needs to be paid to whether the eyelet punching affects the main parts of the text and images, and is determined with the customer, and the detailed information is accurately transmitted to the production department.

(3) Selection of ribbons

The general desk calendar and calendar use 21mm wide ribbons. The length of the exposed ribbon should be determined according to the height of the desk calendar. The color should be coordinated with the color of the desk calendar and calendar. After the selection, the sample should be confirmed with the customer.
